Sometimes, with playing guitar, you can hit a brick wall. You don't know how to get any better. Well, here at Real Tone, our instructors can help you achieve your goals. We may need to start over with your technique, develop your ear, or simply explain to you what you are trying to play and what to listen for in your own playing.
We have listed some basic guitar techniques below. Sometimes the styles of music you are trying to play will have rules to it. Look at these, and if you feel you are missing some or all, we are here to help you play to your full potential.
Learning to properly hold the guitar and pick This is something that will need to be addressed if you are having problems with speed or accuracy. A lot of times, even if you have been taking guitar lessons, this is always overlooked. Learning picking technique styles There are picking techniques such as alternatepicking, sweep picking and hybrid picking. All styles of guitar playing has specific techniques. We will help you to develop all these techniques and more.
You'll learn different styles of guitar such as Classical, Jazz, Blues, Rock and Metal, and build chords, ear training, improvskills, two hand tapping techniquesand more!
If you can learn, for example, blues guitar and learn it well, this is the style basis of jazz, rock and country playing. Therefore, one style you learn can be a foundation for the other.
